Gathering the Light

In Visual Poetry, I share individual images I consider to be more contemplative, whose visual language is more a whisper than a shout. I am often drawn to record and present scenes that might otherwise go unnoticed, such as are found in Haikus, Abstractions, and Reflections. In the Elegies series, I offer an alternative way of viewing, and thus experiencing, our external world, where we rely on the emotional not the literal content of a subject. Shadow & Light focuses on the elemental beauty of form & tonality that becomes apparent when "seeing" in black and white.
